‘Laana DaaGang.nga Rediscovery camps are typically 8 days long and are based out of Swan Bay using our Zodiac Hurricane to explore the surrounding areas. Each camp includes a combination of Haida Cultural teachings and activities designed to provide an experience of Haida Cultural immersion and life skills to build confidence, knowledge and self-esteem.

Swan Bay offers a variety of different camps, such as: Pre-Teen Camps, Teen Camps, Leadership Camps, Haida Language Camps, Canoe Journey and Family Camps.

Camp activities can include:

• Games

• Singing and story telling

• Nightly fire circle

• Haida history, culture, art and language

• Harvesting food and cooking
